Ladies Invitation Training Session Sunday 6th July 2008

Content: The aim of this session is Fun and enjoyment, the opportunity to practice with women of your ability and size. The intention to improve your level, make some new friends and Learn some new approaches to your Judo.
General Session to include, Techniques, Nage Komi, Uchi Komi, Tachiwaza and Newaza Drills, Gripping and Contest situations, Transition and Some Randori (NOT SHIAI) - and probably the odd daft judo game. This session is intended to broaden your knowledge and push you a little more than usual. It is based on the format and level of a good County squad session just without the intention of killing you! (There will be a short break in the middle of the session)
Minimum Requirement: Junior/Youth : 14years +, Must be or Competed at any Junior/Youth event @ any weight (u48 +) minimum 10th Mon and graded in the last 9 months. Seniors/Masters: 16+, *7th Kyu + and competent at Ukemi and basic Tachiwaza and Newaza, Participated in a regular weekly practice and graded in the last 12 months.
* Lower grades than requested may attend to watch (no charge). However, If you are a Senior player and think you are capable but you do not meet all the criteria, please contact Jacqui (07941 011427/ jacksu70@yahoo.co.uk or The Budokwai and leave msg and no. 0207 3701000) and explain why you think you would be able to take part and we can take it from there.
