One can meditate any where that peace of mind can be achieved. The key is to quite your mind, find one thing and focus on it for awhile and then start to push that away as well. start by slowly breathing in thru your nose and exhaling out of your mouth. Visualize a thin beam of light running through your body and connecting you to where you are, focus on this for a time then slowly spread that light through your entire body. when you are ready start to pull that light back to the center of your body and slowly push it up and out through your head visualize all tension and worry leave with the light as it is consumed and pushed away. start to bring your self back to your surroundings , while always maintaining your breathing slow and calm. open your eyes and take time to accommodate your self with what is around you before moving on with your day.
This is the first of many meditations i will write. use them if they suit you, but leave them if they dont. In situations of anger or depression it has helped many people to have a positive montra, witch is used while tapping or squeezing the flesh between the thumb and forefinger. This makes two parts of the brain work at once and leaves little time for you to go through the stages of anger or depression. The main key is to want what it is you are trying to achieve, weather it be a new thrust , kick, or just release from anger. It takes discipline and hard work ,nothing worth having in this world comes to you without working for it.
