| About Me: | ok, I have been doing Tae Bo at my gym for 2 years, does that count as a Martial Arts? Not sure? I am a big fan of Martial arts, let's be honest, who isn't. Who doesn't like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Steven Seagal, Jet Li, all the actors from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Chuck Norris....ok well maybe not Chuck...... LOL ....just kidding folks! I am a super single mom by day and love kicking and punching the bag by night. Really gets the heart pumping and relieves the stress of the daily grind, and trust me, I need to relieve the stress after 2 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, 12 fish, 4 birds and a turtle named Charlie. |
